Four point probe heads

Jandel probe heads are manufactured such as there is one to fit all mountings and systems known to us.

Exclusive features:

- Aluminium alloy lower AND upper guides are both   jeweled.
- SOLID tungsten carbide needles (not just tips) offer   excellent durability.
- PTFE insulation gives minimum leakage.
- Loads checked by electronic force gauge.
- Spacing and tip radii optically checked for accuracy
  by interferometer AND video inspection.


Cartridge with 6-way Connector Socket
  (KLA Prometrix)

Cartridge probe head with 6-way connector suitable for use on KLA / Tencor / Prometrix equipt.

This probe head is similar to the probe head used in CDE ResMap equipment. That probe can be found here.

It is important that the CDE probes and KLA probes are not used on the wrong machines. This could result in damage to both the probe head and the machine.

Miniature Cartridge Probe Head (AIT)

Miniature Cartridge Probe Head suitable for use on AIT (Advanced Instrument Technology) equipment.
This probe is similar in shape to the probe head used in Kokusai and early Napson equipment, information on which can be found here.

This probe has tapped fixture holes and is therefore suitable for inclusion in equipment manufactured by the user.

Miniature Cartridge Probe Head suitable for use on Kokusai equipment and early Napson equipment.

Newer Napson equipment uses the Jandel four pin probe.

Cylindrical Probe Head

Cylindrical Probe head suitable for use on Jandel equipment.
This probe head can be used in the Jandel Multiheight Probe, Multiposition Probe, Microposition Probe and Hand Applied probe.

This probe is available with an adapter making it suitable for use with equipment manufactured by the user.

Macor probe head

Macor Probe Head for use at high and low temperatures.
Temperature range of 80K to 625K (-200C to 350C)
