The MDC Cryogenic Station is your instrument for C-V or I-V measurements in a large temperature range. The Station allows measurements from 80K to 500K and can be bought with a capacitor or can be used with your own test units.

The MDC cryogenic system comes in two versions, the 441 and the 441H, respectively with and without an electronic temperature controller.
