The Idonus UV LED Mask Aligner is a high-performance exposure system developed and manufactured in Switzerland. It replaces conventional mercury lamp-based systems with a stable, energy-efficient UV LED source — delivering consistent irradiance, longer equipment lifetime and reduced maintenance.
